2XL, the leading Furniture and Home Décor brand in the UAE was recognised as the top exhibitor in lifestyle and luxury interiors category at 'The Ajman Palace Hotel Wedding Fair', the largest and most luxurious bridal fair in the Northern Emirates. The theme for this year’s show was 'Inspire' and the winners were nominated based on the most creative presentation and concept.   

 

H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Qassimi, and Faisal Al Nuaimi, General Manager of Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD), presented the award of excellence to 2XL. 

 

On receiving the award Amit Yadav, Marketing Manager 2XL said: “This award is a recognition of our exclusive designs that are perfect for a bride and groom’s new home; and also the creativity with which we recreated luxury interiors at the wedding fair. The Ajman Palace Wedding Fair is a unique platform for wedding vendors to meet buyers and conduct business under one roof.” 

 

2XL also sponsored the Young Designer award at the fair that featured designs by fashion design students from leading universities in the UAE. Raghad Bayrakdar from University of Sharjah was presented the award for the best costume designer by international designer Mona Al Mansouri, along with Ferghal Purcell, COO – Ajman Palace Hotel, and Asif Rais Siddiqui, 2XL’s Operations Director.

 

Building up on the success of last year, over 60 leading brands, vendors, fashion designers and wedding planners, specialized in catering to luxury weddings, participated in The Ajman Palace Hotel Wedding Fair.
